hmmm its kinda like a dance dance revolution game. Arrows or keys flash on the screen and the user has to hit them within a certain amount of time. If they get it correct and in time the chacter does dance moves.If not they ussually mess up or do something funny. Its been used alot in games... GTA:San Andreas had a small mini game in it that was like it.
