If you cannot close a trade, your NFA flag might be wrong or your broker is FIFO compliant or does not support partial closing. It has nothing to do with a ticket number.

We had some reports of MT5 issues, but had not much success in reproducing most of them. If you cannot solve it on your side, get first the recent version 1.88 and update the MT5 bridge. There have been various changes. Next, test trading with the TradeTest script on your demo account. Open and close positions. If you see a problem, please contact Support with the log and the broker name.
