I did the changes. Please get latest dll from GitHub.

please also increase the MinOrderSize in zorro ini.
MinOrderSize="200000", as Bittrex increased it to 100k
see explaination in the readme.txt

Please try first with 50% amount .
You can increase later is no issue.
