I guess it does not. Simply convert those models using FragMOTION.
I usually used two programs - fragMOTION and MilkShape 3D.

Was doing the following:
-export from fragMOTION to MilkShape3D format
-then export from MilkShape 3D into MilkShape ASCII
-import ASCII into MED.
