I'm thinking of upgrading to Zorro S.

In the future, will I have to worry about my license expiring - say - in the middle of the night when I'm not watching my trading system on the VPS, potentially causing my system to - for the sake of argument - lose thousands of dollars due to a sudden software interruption?

Or would I perhaps only have to worry about fixing keys every time I upgrade the software?
