imo they would have placed exact licence terms if it would matter, but those are old and sometimes crappy stuff. of course there are exceptions, e.g. the medieval castle wall models and textures are nice enough (better than dexsoft). a long time ago I checked some of them by a "try before buy" solution, but finally bought/used none of them... as I remember the old characters are badly animated, maybe the newer ones are better. free price definitely results in an awesome reliability ratio.
