MARI indie (http://store.steampowered.com/app/433930/?snr=1_237_querypaginated__103), similar to Substance Painter 2 but a bit broader usage I think, I think you are capped though at only having 6 textures per models (not counting normal maps etc. -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vukP-dphdXk ).

PD Howler (http://store.steampowered.com/app/336530), this seems like another interesting program, but haven't yet determined if its interesting to create 3d models or e.g. draw on them.
