Superku : The responsiveness of the site would cause odd behavior on smaller screens with too many links embedded in the header, causing elements and containers to be weirdly pushed around. Css Media queries are set up to change the visual based on screen size. A hidden menu allows the page to stay clean and the button itself is easily noticed. This allows for mobile users to easily navigate, and things are lazy loaded and hidden to avoid excess data usage on mobile. Even though this is a windows engine and desktop website, 60% or more will most likely be visiting on a mobile device.

I have too many issues with panel menus on the side. Not all devices will display them correctly. Even unity's panel menu has errors on my lenovo tablet.

I have 3 more menu designs I have been experimenting with. I will update some things once I get some free time.

Have a great day.
