When I have some time, Ill construct something a bit more complex for testing because it should NOT work.

I've tried it on 3 individual pcs (win 7, win 7, and win 8) and get the same results in all aspects of the game on each pc.. You're using a Frisbee, so ill condense my code as soon as I can for debug purposes, and if you have time perhaps you can test it
