If I recall correctly the equation is:

t1 = t0/(1-(v^2/c^))^.5 (simplified for frame)

Traveling at c produces multiple singularities in the equations. Traveling at v << 0 (the only possible situation for an individual) then t1 = t0, i.e. no difference.
