I can see who's a real DOOM fan here... DAN .. lol

While reading this I will caonfirm with my opinion that interactivity has pretty much been removed from the gaming experience.

And like mentioned, I was always clicking the 'use' button too on so much stuff only to be disappointed. I WANT to be surprised when i click on some computer gadget and some video comes on, or something goes haywire...

Now, I realize that it's a lot of work to make so many things have interaction... But it would sooooo be worth the effort for the player!

Playing Return To Castle Wolfenstein I imagined so many things could happen messing with objects or activating things.
Fortunately in that game, they did have 'some' interaction and it was cool.

If anyones looking for something 'unique' to make an FPS game more attractive, I think this interaction is a good start (or any game for that matter)
