currently the main characters of my project get reworked. The first one is the priest model below. Each of the single models will have different variations (head, beard...). The models are lowpoly (about 3.500 polys) but there is a high poly version done in zBrush to create the textures and normal maps.

The plan is to get from each type (priest, villager ...) 2-3 head variations to have some variety.
