Small english tip: though we often use contractions like "they're" "we're" and "I'm" in predicate constructs, it's unnatural to use them by themselves like this and in fact it sounds very very strange to native speakers.
So this is okay:
"How are you?"
"I'm okay."
But this is not okay:
"Are you okay?"
"I'm."
You would HAVE to say the whole "I am" like this:
"Are you okay?"
"I am."
And in your case:
"Are those NPCs animated? And if, are they rigged animated?"
"Yes, they are."
