Objective - player must collect a certain number of items within a given amount of time
Requirements - . network support of 6 players in a racing game . multi-textured terrain of with 6-8 textures using shaders . physics for collision among cars and objects on terrain . dust trails and road marks by vehicles . low-level volume fog on ground . sound for vehicle motion and collision etc . upon multiple knocks, car switches to damaged state . environment-mapping for vehicles . shadows . sun flare and HDR rendering

cant quite call these all easy... that sounds more like a whole freakn ,game to me I think you'd have to start by asking small things, and not all of that at once, since there isnt anyone willing to do this for free (well, atleast not me...).
