It supports:
-Shadow mapping up to 8 lights
-Level blocks
-Particles
-Translucent objects (fading)
-Fog
-Multitexture terrain (up to 16 terrains)
-PSone effects from RetroAcknex (vertex snapping, affine mapping, polygon cutoff)
It doesn't support:
