Zorro 1.8.3 with MT5 bridge.

Z1 is unable to open any trade because of error 075 as the example below, but in the expert log of MT5 there is nothing regarding the error.
What can I do to log the error?

The expert log is the right place, but maybe you looked at the wrong time - the Zorro log is UTC, while the MT4 log can be any local time.

I'm using MT5.
In the expert log I can see all the messages, but there is no error message.

Hi claudio, when mt4 cannot open your trades, you need no start or end of the expert log, you need the exact time of the trades. Then you see the reason why they are not opened. Like not enough funds on the account or something like that.

I use MT5 not MT4.
It was just a sample of what is written in the log.
I can see the logs but there is no error message no "open" message or something similar in all the log file of the expert advisor, and in the zorro log I see error 075.

Hmm, MT5 records any order, successful or not, in the logs. It is definitely not possible that an order sent by Zorro is not recorded. If nothing else helps, you can contact Zorro Support and send them all the logs - they'll check and will tell you what happened. If you have Zorro S, it's free for the initial period, otherwise you can purchase a support ticket.
