Hello,

I've tried demo trading with Global Prime that is listed as an affiliated broker. However, I got orphaned trades. Zorro shows Error 075 Can't open a trade ..., MT4 logs show Order failed error. Nevertheless, the trade is open in MT4 but Zorro knows nothing about it.

Maybe Zorro's team and forum members could suggest a reliable MT4 broker that works with Zorro (except Oanda and FXCM)?

Do you experience the same problems with Global Prime?

I am informed about that issue, but it is possibly not related to Global Prime. At least we did not encounter it so far with Global Prime or any other MT4 broker. Maybe it was caused by a particular MT4 server.

You can easily identify the problem: It happens when you see a "trade timeout" message in the MT4 log.

I do have "trade timeout" and "no connection" errors in MT4 logs. But saying that the orders are still opened in MT4. So, I have 5 orders that Zorro doesn't aware of.

Do you mean that these errors are not related to Global Prime itself but a particular MT4 server? Are there any recommendations what to do in this case?

I'm using AWS t2.micro (1 cpu, 1gb ram) for running Z12. CPU is always 99% and it's super slow. I wonder if it is normal because manual says that it should be fine. But obviously, it's not enough resources...

I can only guess since we have not yet had "trade timeout" and "no connection" messages from MT4. The first thing to check is if this also happens when you connect from your PC at home. If not, then it has something to do with the t2.micro. Maybe it is too slow for running an MT4 client, or the connection is bad for some reason.

If you need I can give you an access to the VPS to investigate. It's a great source of errors smile

Anyway, I'll continue my experiments with Global Prime and try my home PC as you suggested

Thanks, we might come back to that offer.

Today I faced a super strange behaviour. I decided to stop trading but Zorro asked no questions and simply printed Logout...ok in the message window. A number of trades were open. No trades were resumed after I started again.

VPS is super slow because MT4 eats all the resources. I assume that limited resources were the cause for this behaviour.
