I found a little typo regarding the Commission as a spread definition in the manual (http://zorro-trader.com/manual/en/spread.htm).
It says Commission*LotAmount/10000/PIPCost, however it should be Commission*LotAmount/10000*PIP/PIPCost.

The formula in the manual returns the spread in pips, your formula returns it in counter currency units.
