I'm an experienced C programmer, but a total noob to Zorro and automated trading. The instructions for Workshop 5 say this:

"After the training phase, which can take about one minute depending on the PC speed, you'll see charts pop up in your Internet browser, like this:"

I've loaded the workshop 5 script and allowed it to TRAIN but nothing ever pops up in my Internet browser.

What am I missing?

Thanks in advance!

Only when you've set LOGFILE. You can then see the .htm file in the Log folder. If it is there, but does not pop up in your browser, it is possibly not the default browser.

Johann,

That did the trick. set(LOGFILE) wasn't in the built-in script but when I added it the Workshop 5 parameter charts popped-up as described in the tutorial.

I know I'm just getting in to Zorro but from what I've seen and read so far, it rocks! Thanks for creating a project like this. I really look forward to learning more and programming my own strategies.

Ich mag es sehr!

Tschuss,

Clyde Ford
