Hey there,

I want an object send out some kind of shockwaves.
Quite similar looking to this one:

But I need it as a post processing shader.

In the forum I found this one

Shockwave Shader

But I need more small circles floating away from the object like in the water ripple shader.

Any idea how to achieve that?

do you want a surface react to the light as in the example? or just a screen space distortion?

a screen space distortion should be sufficient.
