MT4 Bridge shows "Error (see log)" #465388

I use Metatrader 4 Version 4.00 Build 1065. When I start the Zorro expert advisor, it shows "Error (see log)" on the top left. When I look at the logs of MT4, there are no error messages.

What could be the issue?
How can I investigate more what is going wrong?
Is the MT4 bridge not compatible with this build?

The error must really be in the log. You can also see it when you click on the "Experts" tab.

Errors with MT4 EAs are in 99% of cases caused by not enabling EAs and/or not enabling DLL access by EAs.

You are right. There were messages in the Expert tab.
Access violation write to 0x000001C8

On my VPS I also have
Zorro Interface Error - Please Restart Computer!

After I turn on automatic trading - before attaching the EA bridge and enable the dll, it does work.
