I accidentally found another "little" tool in the market ($35/month) said to be targeting small studios, featuring Autodesk tools integration, Lua/visual scripting, PBR etc.:
It's a very nifty engine, it was called Bitsquid Engine until autodesk decided to release it with a fancy interface and tools integration. It's very data oriented, very lightweight compared to UE4 and Unity.
