every time when i start engine in full screen mode and exit, all four views in wed stop working
the only solution that i have is saving and reload level
is it a bug or problem with my windows~wed settings?

I think this is an issue with certain graphic drivers. You can try to use "recreate views" in the context menu, but even this does not always help.

recreate views not work very well, in most cases throw error: can't iniitialize the GXL object
is there any solution for this? installing the latest nvidia driver was not fix the problem

most of us have this problem ....

You can play in windowed "fullscreen" mode, i.e. borderless window with desktop resolution dimensions and, if necessary, confine the mouse cursor to the engine window with some windows.h function(s) (search the forum for that).

This also happened here with a certain Intel graphics card. In such a case Superku's advice is the best solution.

A certain Geforce card (GTX460) is fine enough for reproduction

yeah like one I had , maby we should consult nvidia and intel

setting some bigger resolution in window mode is not possible, beacuse i use "large" in display option (win7)
this work only with default display option which i don't want to use
with my desktop resolution 1920*1080 and large display option, my maximum resolution is about
video_set(1280, 700, 32, 2);

I found that if the views freeze up , I go to file- preferences - view options - video out , then switch to any other dll and press okay , recreates the views by then switching back to the original dll and pressing okay again .

also I found that , gxl2dx8a.dll does not have this problem .
