killerkhan OP Newbie K Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 41	I am using FXCM US broker with Zorro S v1.24.5 latest build Z12. I have the paid license for Zorro. I been running Z12 only on this account, no manual trading, no interruptions, I have setup a VPS and running Zorro/Z12 on that. every now and then when I login to my VPS I see these !Error 070. Whats going on? How can I fix this? any help please. Zorro opened a trade, but received no confirmation from the broker. This can happen in f.i. due to a temporary server glitch or Internet connection breakdown just after sending the trade to the broker. Check in the broker platform if the trade was be opened or not. If it was, it is orphaned; handle it manually or close it. Zorro can not handle this trade because it did not receive the trade ID from the broker. But as you show, there are many trades with that error which in my opinion points to an issue with the fxcm api as just some hours ago I experienced another issue with fxcm not downloading prices but only jcl and Zorro team can clarify this.

You could use the MT4 bridge instead, and then won't see this particular error message, but normally the direct broker connection is preferable for several reasons. We see such an error every 2..3 months. If it happens more often on your VPS, it could be a problem on your side, possibly an unreliable Internet connection.
