I'm sorry, but what is your argumentation? I already said that I don't agree with everything that is thrown at her, but that doesn't mean you should cut her some slack on her actual short comings. Are you really advocating feels over reals here?

You complain about generalization but at the same time lump everything that is said against her into one big "you are all so mean and it's because she has a vagina". Are you really trying to tell me that critisizing her and calling her out is not okay?

No, I'm not. I apparently fail to communicate my point, though. So lets try again:

In the situation as it stands, yes.
There is a pissed ex who presents seemingly convincing "proof" of socially unacceptable behavior to the web.
But nobody really KNOWS how much of this is truly grounded and what her personal motivations are/were.
Yet that is reason enough for people to throw the worst stuff at her.
Because she MIGHT be guilty of inappropriate behavior.
And because human-human interaction is so superficial that if it looks like behavior XYZ it is simply XYZ.

Now you tell me that you don't approve of how she got called on XYZ, but you still think that it is a good thing that it happened anyway, because you have valid concerns regarding behavior XYZ.

I probably still didn't get your point. However, that's my impression so far.

I'd like to go back to a point I already made which is, if she's not guilty of anything, she would very easily be able to sue her ex for libel and win.

She's not doing that, so the odds that she's actually a totally innocent victim is extremely low.

This pretense of "Oh, we can't prove anything therefore we should just ignore her because its none of our business. If you disagree, you're a sexist and support harrassment and stalking!" is ridiculous and pretty disappointing as well.
