Sorry to break it to you, but that looks more like a forcefield Yeah I didnt finish the normalmap 100% You can adjust the refraction with it Also looks better in motion

Ch40zzC0d3r@ that looks exactly the same as the glass shader from Shade-C 0.91 Greets Hm I didnt know shade-c had a glass shader I took the refraction shader from the forum and changed it a bit.

I found those known troubles trying to render a sport center with its narrow and contrasted ground lines: I tricked the color mask first four mipmaps and incresased the lines thickness on each mipmap step. I used tex2Dlod with a fraction of the distance to the camera in the X axis: a very especific set up for a very specific game camera. Not totally fine but that is the way!
