I thought about a space game, too

But I think I'll start with something simple where you can fly around and shoot some enemys.

you could make a Stargate-like action rpg shooter something, I don't know whether such a game exists or not, but probably...

...or a combination of both

but as I said: first I'll make a simple fly-around-and-shoot-some-stuff - game.
Since I started with 3DGS I've just completed some extremely small games (pong, tic tac toe)

I really want to create (and really finish) something bigger than pong now but still nothing huge.
