XBox 360 controllers are compatible with PCs (with the appropriate drivers), and Gamestudio has gamepad support. So you can build a PC game that uses XBox controllers, but the engine has no direct support for Xbox 360.
I've been told that Conitec's official answer to this question is that they will port any 3D Gamestudio application to the Xbox 360 if it has already been released for the PC (if the developer wants it, of course). But I'm not sure about that policy.
can conitec handle the complete microsoft policy? (some xbox-menu-interface features, achievements etc.)
is there a manual with rules to do prepare the source and interface-design for use 3dgs scripts @ xbox?
i know some rules like "place a 'back to dashboard'-button at main menu. Make a 'press start'-startscreen" etc. i talk about advanced things like community functionalities etc.
Consist the port a C# project with use of XDK? Otherwise i use unreal engine or unity (at last..) -> are commercial approved @ gaming consoles.
edit: by the way.. there are already xbox 3dgs games out?

for unreal on xbox you need a full unreal engine 3 license UDK won't do. And you first need to convince microsoft that your game is worthy for xbox and need a xbox developer license, which is quite a cost as far as i know.

Quadraxas: It is not a question of cost. It is a question of good realize-able.
Some profed artists create the game graphics in the last stage. Motion Capture, Cutscenes, 3D Models etc. are costs. The engine is always only a tool.
I can use the unreal engine completely free for one game. Peoples can buy exactly 20.000x my game and end. This is good for prototyping new gameplay mechanism.
I have the worthy-checklist by microsoft already (i do not mean the small rules to place a game into the xbox-indie-marketplace).
Unity3D is overbloated and has no good framerate on older graphic cards. You can not make realy complex things with unity3D. Casual-Games mechanism exists @ unity3d but other features are needed.
With 3DGS i have a good 'ol classic toolchain wich is already profed. But i need complete XBOX-Support to do creating real statistics etc.
Unreal Engine has a complex toolchain and complex license districtions.. yeah.

Conitec has already the base for port games to xbox. One guy needs a year to do port the complete engine (without editors). That means 12 x 2700 = 32400 € and -75% (base code is here) = 8100 €.
So i do not buy a new car this year and spend the community a xbox compatible version of the acknex engine.
Thanks for the informations
