where is the closeline for a retrogame? Is "Black and White 1" retro or not? (as Example only , I dont wanna clone it -because have a RL too)

2.
What about copyright stuff. When I create a 3D model of "Turrican" or maybe "Lara croft". What have I to respect?

Contest suggestion: to avoid running into copyright issues maybe you should define "how" the retro games should be delivered. Are original graphics allowed (risky!) and the reduplication is what is most important or can we take / or mix retro games in a new settings, like "Super Tusc Brothers" instead of Super Mario Bros. or "Acktris" instead of Tetris or so...?
