Everytime i want to debugg in SED then comes a error message:main script not found check preferences
it also come when i debugg main.wdl or other files from gstudio
Can anybody help my?

in the Script editor go to "Options", then to "Preferences" and fill in "Main Script to run" your Script.

thanks now the error message dont come but nothing start.
