i was wandoring , how can i change the hue and saturation for the modle texture in real time ?
if any one know a way or a refrence or a demo please net me know

you'll need a shader for this, then it's pretty simple. just modify the skin color received via tex2D by the formulas you'll find when looking up hue and saturation in wikipedia.
