Anyone who is interested in joining a commercial games company should go
straight to this site: Company info

There are still 8 positions left.
They include: programming, 3d modeling, art and world design.

I started to write a longer response but frankly can't be bothered. My quick response is this;
- At least correct the grammar errors on the page. They are very distracting.
- I would just leave the part about your "Publishing branch" of the company out. If not, please provide some background information on a 'About the Company' page.

Quote. A good model editing program such as: 3d studio max.

Anyone using this and has that much skill would be paid much much more then what you are offering.

Quote. A good texturing program such as: photo shop or paint shop pro

The same to me applies above.

For people to take you as a more serious Individual you have to change things around and make a better professional appearance.

-Paul.

Like i said.
On the "rushed" website.
"This would suit students or the unemployed"
I'm not expecting pros

The website is just there to explain the basics for now untill the main site is up.

It will explain more about online publishing.

Well when you add more information remember that "Honesty is the best policy". I am not trying to be critical. You would like to get a team together and take a stab at producing a commercial game. That means you are no different than many others here. But most people here also agree that this "No pay until published" formula is not working.

Maybe what this community needs is to try to work out some forumlas that have a better chance of success and yet do not discourage young entreprenerial ambition.

I wish you luck.

When i said "each job gets more than $1.00 per copy"
It meant more than a dollar.

eg. someone who's job is bigger (programmer or modeler) could get around $7.00
per copy.
I think that is a good price for a game that is only going to be sold for no more than $40.00 per copy.

Plus u are only required to do one measaly hour per day.
and it's only a short project.
