That is a physics engine for nex-gen consoles, and has nothing to do with porting a game to Xbox 360 or PS3. (Unless your using this physics engine, which will not work with A6)

It looks interesting, but Havok Physics is generally trusted more because of great physics in many games. I didnt read the lisence agreement, but there is a free download. Interesting...

Isn't that the physics engine that requires an own physics-card to work 100%? If it is, it's better than Havok. But both don't work with 3dgs, as far as I know.

Anyway, wrong forum.

Yeah...very wrong forum...and the sad fact of the matter is because of the way 3DGS workd it's just plain old impossible to port anything made with it to a console. Eh, it's strictly PC games with 3DGS.

[flame]A...physics...card? So soon we will have to use up yet ANOTHER PCI slot for stinking PHYSICS CARD? Thats the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard! Im not spending money on a card for physics! Look at nex-gen games using Havok. The physics are nearly perfect! Why waste time and money on something like a physics card?[/flame]

Wow...

Sorry about that.

Man, one of us will get it...

but it will probably be a billion lines long,
and 10 peeps drinkin' coffee for a month.....

I'll remember to put that kinda stuff in the user contributions...

I was thinking perhaps the info would help someone here,
already working toward next gen consoles.

Anyway, the forum is really lots of fun,

I've never been around so many smart and helpful people before,
outside of school...

But this is a university, for all of us, isn't it??

...How? I mean like you can't port to any consoles so far with 3DGS...let alone next generation ones...I'm curious.
