Hey guys,
I had Zorro running and connecting to my broker via the MT4 bridge. Everything was running fine.

Over the weekend I did a bit of maintenance on my server. I installed updates to Windows, upgraded MT4 and also Zorro (to 1.40).

Now I can't get Zorro to connect to MT4 via the bridge. I am running the EA in MT4, I have the correct user account number in Zorro. When I go to connect it just says "!Can't open MT4 bridge! Check Zorro EA and account number 1234".

Unfortunately I can't really narrow it down because I updated MT4 and Zorro at the same time. I have checked that the EA is still there in its entirety (in case the upgrade to MT4 deleted something) and the files remain untouched. There are no journal messages or indications in MT4 that the EA isn't running.

Which bridge version number do you see in the chart window? The current bridge is version 1.6.

Under the "What's New?" section that was updated with the release of Zorro 1.40, you can see that a new version of the MT4 bridge was also released. If you upgraded to Zorro 1.40, you'll also need to upgrade your bridge.

Thanks guys, I feel like an idiot. I do remember reading the "What's New?" section but it was a few days earlier and it slipped my mind.
