It's on a VPS based in Chichago.
Testing Z12 there. Used to work like a charm.
In the last 2 weeks or so all I get is :

Login FXCM..
Broker: Login - HTTP send request failed object='/pdas/servlet?rnd=445138187' errorCode=12002
Can't connect!
Copied to Clipboard!

This is FXCM by the way, directly not via MT4 bridge.

Any ideas ?

I suppose you already checked your login data? Then you need to contact FXCM and ask them why you can't login. They have possibly changed your account in some way.

This is a demo account, kept it active all the time.
FXCMs demo accs do not expire right ?

BTW, it seems i can login from my PC with this account
which makes it even stranger.

Could be VPS providers problem...

FXCM demo accounts do expire, but if you can login from your other PC, that's not the problem. The next suspect would then be the Internet connection of the VPS.
