Because i use shade-c evo with D3DXCreateVolumeTextureFromFile function, where is not implemented in d3d9.h header file.

I was able to implement it from Slin code with some changes, all what i changed was commented as new.

Please provide the new d3d9.h header file in the future with new update, thanks!

Tested and work very well with Shade-C, thanks again in Advance!
