I remember some time ago, seeing a utility that would read a full C-script for a game, and strip out comments and mangle all resource names so that the game still worked fine but the code was protected because it was human-unreadable.

Now that I'm involved in a project that would benefit from this, I cannot find the program for the life of me. Does anyone know what it was called or where to get it?
