Hey guys, after the release of our QUB model pack we took a job that helped us travel to a lot of exotic and crazy places, mainly historical monuments. On our journey we met with incredible people that inspired and helped us to design the model pack you see below.
The main idea that emerged in the discussions (while on the move) was to design weapons as far as possible from what we see around us, to create something fresh and original, but to make them real, useful objects. These weapons come from a different world from ours, not as aggressive and fear mongering, where 'weapons' are used for defense and for work as well. The concept of male-vs-female balance became a good starting point. Energy VS gravity, aggressive VS subtle, straight VS curvy.



...Then they began to take form...



And thats how the whole set came into existence

PS: the models are all below 2000 tris, and have a diffuse, specular and glow maps (all in a tidy PSD).

Yes, i've got the same feeling about them...

I think this is the category which is really dangerous to be used, I mean it looks cool only within an environment having exactly the same style, but it usually requires the same designer. and normally environment is not suited to weapons, rather vica versa

Hey guys, thanks for the comments... i made a FREE extremely LOWPOLY version of the models.

If you get them, just open unity, import them, then open the folder and you can get the actual models and textures out
