How does one animate a face like in chibi style?
I never got the ideia of how people can "animate" face expressions with drawing just like mysims.

If your face is relatively plain except e.g. the nose, you can switch for the eyes, the mouth, etc. certain shapes via texture and through a layer-systematic shader you can do moving eyeballs. It's pretty easy, though; the problem is to get a person who is good at drawing this.

when I made this, I had little patches of the eys and mouth over the face,
that stick to the face with bone... instructions.

when you need it, you just change the skin of these eye and mouth entities
