Hmm komisch - bei den ganzen Artikeln die ich dazu bei Google gefunden habe war stets von einer 3D-Projektion die Rede. Wenn das nur auf einer flachen Leinwand ist wieso nennen das alle dann 3D?

That is very cool! I would go an see a concert like this if it was here in the USA. I would like to see a "making of" for this, to see hot it is projected, etc.

There is a screen. They are using rear-projection (projecting on to the backside of the screen). In some of the other videos there you can see the edges of the screen.

I would NEVER EVER pay any money to see virtual people singing to me in a concert! Stupid.

But I saw it previously some years ago in Hamburg in the musical production "Dance of the Vampires" (dt:Tanz der Vampire). The screen spanned the whole stage and they used it to draw heavy weather effects like snow, rain and falling leaves - and when people walked behind it, it really looked like a tough outdoor scenery. That was cool!

Oh and I saw something similar on an anti-drug concert in russia. Although the concert was fucking lame, the first loop of the 3D video was cool.

I think the idea is nice.

But there indeed is some screen. still it seem to be quite advanced.
