you all know that A7's internal media player is not that good,
especially when it come's to AAA titles,almost every AAA game
today uses this tool,and to be honest,it's really agreat tool,
the video file is small,and the quality is AMAZING,
did any one thought to make aWrapper for it?
I never heard about it in this forum,so at least we can talk about it here.
what do you think??.

it's license costs $6000 per title. that's why no one wrapped it.

but what's bother me the most was:
1_*.avi's looks so bad.
2_some times the game just become crippling,right before loading the movie,(you know,The movie is streamed from hard disk),plus the codecs problems and fees.
so i think there should be another practical solution, cause A7
is so great,and it's a shame to leak such this feature.

Yes, indeed it's the industry standart game video codec. Best way would be Conitec includes it in A8. But i don't know how much that would costvfor Conitec.

well,they should conceder it,if you took a look to other Engines you well see
what iam talking about,f.i UNITY,they included "Beast Lightmapping" in version 3,it cost's $90,000 per title, http://unity3d.com/unity/coming-soon/unity-3,so what's
$6000 comparing to $90,000?????
I think 3dgs is showing it's age,"comparing to other new ENGINES that cost's almost the same",and CONITEC may lose it's users.

not to mention unity got $5,000,000 from somewhere just before going free. Userbase is already getting smaller.

Yes i also think that Streaming Videos is a big problem of 3DGS.

Amen,3dgs is a great tool,but it sure need's som emprovements,ESPECIALLY MED WED.
