I'm sorry I'm confused here, so you have purchased a few models from dexsoft and that's YOUR game now. Ok fair enough, whatever.
In my opinion (sarcastically speaking) there's a huge difference between creating something and buying something and claiming it YOURS. Anyway the models are for sale so someone has to buy them.

That is a very very wrong concept you've got.
The lighting is everything, it's what gives you depth in a scene.

You should consider reading a few art books.

Well i find the scene somewhat coherent and unified.
Too much specular , but we already said it.

For shadows, i taled about character shadows, not level.
I know that level shadows or lightmapping make alle the difference.
But for characters ,blob will suffice, caus when you play in action, you won't pay much attention.
On some games on PC , i put simple shadows for characters, and i can play great, i even don't take care about shadows.

It depends on games also, for an FPS you will pay more attention perhaps.

No news, about the game ? a playable level demo ?

yup sometimes visuals may not be so important but the rocking gameplay!

but I'm working on an experiment of having pre-rendered assets imported to 3DGS.

I'm able to hook up mentalray but it is still, not stable.

maybe you guys can help me?
