Tales of Eris - new cave screen

The new scenario assembling philosophy of this old project: MDL scenarios only. Since even with .dds textures some textures can't go past 4096x4096 in resolution, i found out that you can actually break the meshes in several pieces and export each one individually. They look almost seamless in gamestudio, and can have both backed shadow and complex bump details from a heavy render. Those shots still have the old player character, but he'll be replaced by a newer model very soon.

This is so great smile One of my favorite games is Arx Fatalis( http://www.arxfatalis-online.com/index_eng.php ) and your artwork is very close to it. I just love it. It's very rare to see something that has really original feel and atmosphere.

I hope when you make changes in order to update the game esthetics you won't damage the unic art-feel your ganme already have. Good luck smile

Looks slick! A tad more detail on certain parts of the floor, but very nice so far!

Looks great- one thing I notice is that the the player's direction is locked to the camera's facing; which always kinda bugged me just a little in Oblivion and Fallout 3.

Apart from that it looks really awesome! grin

This cave looks good even though you're not showing much of that level, a lot like oblivion in style except it's more toonish.

You might want to improve your ground (terrain) more. It's too blury
