I recently moved my project over to my new computer, which has a new graphics card. I also switched from a CRT monitor to an LCD. For some reason, my game's sprites are now much darker:
Screenshot of game on my old computer: Screenshot of game on my new computer:I don't think this is a problem with Gamestudio's rendering, because if I open up the actual .png graphics on my new computer, they are just as dark as the rendered version. This is more of a general issue of keeping the sprite brightness similar between computers.
So I know what you're probably thinking - my new monitor is simply brighter than my old one. But here's where it gets fun. If that were the case, wouldn't the screenshot taken on my old computer look equally bright/dark as the screenshot taken on my new computer? After all, they're both screenshots of the same .png graphics.
Any help is much appreciated.
