I'm not sure if they changed their EULA, but IIRC, GTKR was the one major editor (of it's time) that specifically said you can't use it for other games or some such. Hmmm...maybe it was that you couldn't sell the levels? I'm not sure, but check the EULA of GTKR to see what it says. I remember something weird about it because, well, it was one of the first incidents of mod-tools that said "If you want to play with our toys, you have to do what we say!" attitudes.
