there are some bugs in my projects:

- "Save Prefab" won't work
- [easier way to the texture manager]
- float4 vecSunColor doesn't work on my nvidia geforce (6600go)

I confirm the "Save Prefab" Bug. But I can not confirm a bug with the Texture Manager, or with vecSunColor. Can you tell some more about the problem?

Is there a easier way to open the texture manager? I open it by rightclick onto the default.wad window and then "texture manager".

I've a terrain with a multitexture shader and the sun throw a shadow on the terrain. It works on my ATI but my geforce show the whole terrain black.

For managing textures: http://manual.conitec.net/wed_presets.htm

I don't think that I can help with the black shader, though. At least I don't see how we could influence the rendering of your shader on Geforce cards.
