PS2 > Gamestudio is purely DirectX and microsoft aren't about to let others use it anytime soon!

Xbox 360 > This is easier than PS2 because xbox does use DirectX. Although there are tools like XNA that can run on XBOX, it uses C#. Even if you did manage to get Gamestudio running in C#, you still have to purchase a license to make games for the xbox.

Overall as joey said, the answer is no.

I think game stuido / XNA would be realy interesting. There is a path to the Xbox live marketplace, and the expozure would be good.

You can always apply for a license to develop games for the PS3, all you need is a back catalog of games and a good game idea.

The C# wrapper won´t help in getting Gamestudio (by Conitec :)) games to the XBox. Unless you get a real developer kit like the big game companies they only allow managed code on the XBox. So the whole engine would have to rewritten in C#. C# isn´t really the ideal language for writing engines though since it is slower than C++.
