How to export the baked texture from 3dsmax in bmp format?

when you make the texture, it will say on the render to texture panel, what channel you want to render.. diffuse, normal, bumpo, light etc.. and on the right you have to tell the name of the file ...

I great solution is exporting the model as ASCII and then import on med, (asci 3dmax) it is textured and everything perfect.
Don't know if you have the plugin though to import such.
