Constantly changing challenges, different game modes like "Adventure" or "Fight Temptation", different characters and a multiple players option for up to 6 players are waiting for you. Here are the links for the videos: Video1 Video2 Thanks for your feedback! Im also searching for a publisher, it is completed to 98%! The game-text is at time only in german. If you are interrested send me a mail! More Infos at www.biblefighters.com

Yes true, But he probably wants to help the earth and people by doing such a game theme. Nice job preacher. The gaming world needs a breath of fresh air and alternative non-violent and non-sexual products. But since he did not please Matt A., then the world will be ending soon. HAHA!

Oh my god! No - I won't do any critics about the theme you chose because it's completely legitimate to me. The "Oh my god!" just recalls my reaction when looking at the videos - especially the second one. It just made me laugh (in a positive way)... You do a brilliant job in capturing the anime-style and spirit in which things like Pokemon or Yu-Gi-Oh are done and thus have a perfect approach to your target group. The game itself also seems very interesting although I didn't understand the cube turning yet and a list of words which erase some blocks might be very helpful for this game. The graphics also are very good as is the music and sound. Though when it comes to the sound we come to what made me laugh: Well as I said you really captured that anime spririt very well and so this in a strange way has a huge parody quality. Especially the 2nd video made me be all smiles while the first one with it's "Shalom Combo" and "2x point extra" is pretty harmless the 2nd one is pure genious... The way this "Noch xxx Wörter" is spoken already is funny but when there is this "Das geht mir ein Bisschen zu langsam!" and utter chaos starts it's just so hilarious. That whiny "Das find' ich nich so gut..." what is said when losing also just is great as the way a bible quotation is said when winning... But apart from that - you might have created the best bible game EVER here. If you want to have look at your former competition you might want to watch this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LkNvQYiM6bwSo congratulations to your game. I think you have an interesting gameplay (though it would bore me after a short while I guess), a well done realisation of your idea and an excellent orientation towards you target group and this very special coolness factor because of which is still am all smiles when watching the videos... Enjoy your meal Toast

good idea! what's the aussie age-limit on adopting? 18 is adult, so i could probably do it right now and buy the game when it is released.
though, kids would be a bit of a hassle during exams, so i might wait a couple of weeks.
sorry about digressing. the videos are good. it looks like fun!

Nice Idea, but I think the name Bible fighters is not well chosen. In my opinion spelling Bible quotes is not a fight... also the Bible has the message not to fight. But the idea is great and seems to be funny

If you have a look at his website you'll see that it derives from some kind of Yu-Gi-Oh like card game...
Again I've to say an OMG for this...
Enjoy your meal Toast

First off, great job on finishing a game. It looks good and seems to play well. Second off, shame on EVERYONE that knocks this game down for being Bible related. You don't like the Bible, that's fine, but if you don't like fantasy or sci-fi, do you knock a game because it uses it? It's just bad taste people, really. Third, I agree with Tuch that Biblefighters is not the best title. I could suggest simply shortening it to "The Word" for example since it describes the game play AND the bible message quite well! Don't think that your market will buy into your game more for having the word "fighters" in the title; they will most likely be disappointed once they get to the gameplay and find that there is no fighting. Biblefighters, honestly, brings images of a "Street Fighter" Moses vs. Jesus style game. Fourth, I agree with Blatt that too many "serious games" take a game concept and just slap on the serious content on top. However in this case, it's more than a "fit the blocks" tetris and more of a "matching blocks" concept with which you make words. Not terribly original for sure, but not terribly trite either. For the purpose the game designers have in mind (exposing people to the bible), I think it does a good job... especially if it's aimed at the 10 and under crowd and aimed at the religious market that simply doesn't have many games anyway. Good job completing a game. You've done something 90% of the people here have not been able to do even without using the bible!
