I'm not sure if I should post this here or send an email to Conitec, so I'll start here.

About a year ago, my PC crashed and I lost half of my game files. To make matters worse, my back up flash drive was missing. I thought my key file was missing and I was discouraged so I didn't bother with it anymore. I probably would have recovered my interest if my key file wasn't missing.

About a month ago, I was going through my email account and I found a file called "Important." There I found my A6 Extra key! So I went to download it and got "Problem loading page"

In the meanwhile I have the A6 trial and I've been refreshing my memory with a little tank game.

Is it possible to recover my key or am I going to have to purchase a new one?

Contact the support. They'll send you a list of procedures how to recover a lost key file. If nothing helps you can order a replacement file, but try the support first.
